I attended the Wedding MBA in Las Vegas from September 22nd-24th. I attended last year when it was in Phoenix, AZ and it was quite a different experience, primarily because last year I simply was an attendee. This year as a member of the board of directors for the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC) I had some more responsibilities. Namely helping with the trade show booth and more importantly, being one of the speakers at the conference!
Our presentation was a combination of tips to reinvent yourself, some suggestions to reinvent your business to stay ahead of the competition, and some ways to reinvent traditional wedding customs into something new, but just as meaningful as ever.
Here I am speaking and then passing the mic to my fellow ACPWC member, Ricardo Tomas.
ACPWC members: Angie Mack, me, and Mandy Butcher in front of the ACPWC booth!
Here is a group of ACPWC members in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center. We had 14 members from all over the country attend the Wedding MBA and really made a big impact with our booth and presentation. It was clear that we support each other – of course – our motto IS “Members Helping Members to Succeed”!
